Patented 3 prong contact blades can reduce the crosstalk between twisted pairs of ethernet cable and ensure solid connection. Our RJ45 8p8c Cat6a connector with a larger wire hole design provides a good network solution for Cat6A or category 7 solid cables, which features outside diameters from 6.0 ~ 8.0MM (fit 22 to 23AWG solid cable) on 10 Gigabit Ethernet rated networks. The ,RJ-45 cat 7 plug is supported with 1.5mm load bars that can fit 1.35 to 1.45mm inner wires with outside cable diameters of 8.0MM. Compliant with PoE+ Standard and suitable for data center applications.

  Crxconec C6a STP modular plug's material are used the Japan's Polycarbonate 94V2 or 94V0, and also we used the copper alloy for terminal of RJ45 8p8c plug with Gold plating flash or 3μ" ~ 50μ" are available.

  Assembly Guide

  Please follow the installation tips. First, cut the outer jacket and arrange the wire base on the following TIE/EIA-568A or TIE/EIA-568B. Then, put on the insert and cut the extra wire off and put into the plug, make sure your cable connect with the plug. In the end, crimp the patch cord with our crimping tool, and you can become the professional, you can make your patch cord cable by yourself.
