Cast steel grit

CastSteel Grits:

  Steel girts are produced by fracturing high carbon steel bolls after heat treatment. Steel grit has high resistence and is a kind of hard product preferred for many surface operations. Steel grit has been divided into three groups of different hardness according to their intended purpose.

CastSteel Grit Application

1. Shipbuilding

  With grit blasting, oxygennated surface of ship hull is descaled,then improves the coating quality.  

 

2.Container

  With air blasting, container production efficiency is improved certain roughness is obtained to improve coating quality.

 

3.Oil and gas pipeline

  With grit blasting, pipelines get rust resistence and anti-corrosion.

 

4.Locomotive and Wagon

  With blasting,coating quality is greatly improved.

 

5.Surface pre-treatnent and casting

  Steel grit can also be used for surface pre-treatment, cleaning and descaling for casting parts.

 

6.Cold rolled steel
