Capsaicin, when applied topically, helps to reduce pain by depleting substance P, which is a chemo mediator ensuring that the pain is reported from peripheral nervous system to central nervous system. Our plaster is prepared as an aid to reduce muscle pains in various areas of body as well as rheumatismal, sciatic and lumbago pains and shows effect immediately upon application to the area of pain. It is used for reducing the symptoms in muscle and joint pains in neck, shoulders, lower back and other sections, and in painful muscular strain.
