The C**0B is sophisticated Single and Three Phase programmable, accurate Source (class 0.*5% or 0.*2%) with possibility to set all kind of connections  (1P2W, 3P4W, 3P3W) and setting AC voltage up to **0V, current up to **0A, frequency *5 - **0Hz, phase shift between U&I and U&U (asymmetrical *-phase circuit). It has programmable harmonics in output signal and can generate special waveforms. The C**0B can simulate the behavior of real power network. Due to built in many meters, timers and other s it can automatically test almost all equipment used in Power Engineering. 

By means of C**0B the following devices can be tested: 
- AC voltmeters, ammeters, frequency and power factor meters, 
- power meters for P, Q and S power, power analyzers, power quality analyzers, 
- all kinds of Energy Meters (active, reactive, apparent power) in both directions with checking influence of load, power supply and harmonics, 
- protective relays, 
- current transformers (CT), 
- current clamps and clamp meters, 
- measurement transducers 
and many other devices. 

On this base user can prepare the experiments from basic power measurement by means of wattmeters in different circuit connection, through testing protective relays,  to power quality parameters simulation (drops, swells, harmonics, flicker) and power quality meter testing.In all experiments the influence of harmonics presents for measurement accuracy can be tested.

The C**0B is a whole laboratory in one case.
