1. Feature

â–¡ This is full automatic equipment.

When butyls are melting after heating and then can be extruded at the two sides’ surfaces in contact which between spaces bars and glasses achieving the first step sealing. When extrusion the operator should hold the spaces bars lead to through nozzles. The nozzles’ two sides have two automatic presses pulley, underside is the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt’s working speed, the butyl’s softening temperature, the hydraulic pressure, the extrusion thickness, gummed strip’s shape, and the distance between nozzles all can be adjustable according to the personal needsã€‚

â–¡There can be put a standard glue brick in the glue storming tank. Hydraulic components have pressure conversion and pressure regulator, butyl extruder has safety and constant temperature heating system, and the conveyor belt is droved by the speed-adjustingmotor. Press a pre selection switch cause this equipment heating up and keep the temperature at**5â„ƒ—**0â„ƒ. According to the spaces bars’ different sizes, this equipment can automatic adjust the distance between nozzles and spaces bars through the micro switchã€‚
