Few businesses work at the very fine margins sports clubs do, dependent as they are on several volatile sources of income: grants, ticket sales and sponsorships. Without sponsors and transfers, they barely survive.  It makes a lot of sense to increase income by bringing in more revenue streams, such a fan subscriptions and merchandizing. The big guys all do that, around the world.

I created SoccerExpo Services to help clubs perform better as businesses. For me it is an extension of what I have been doing for over thirty years in other industries.  As you can see below, these skills are very much related to improving performance, using money well, and increasing income.

The whole idea of SoccerExpo services is to help smaller clubs survive and grow into bigger ones by applying better business processes and skills. We cant do anything about players they are for clubs and agents to manage, but we can give clubs some extra skills in setting objectives, managing to targets and generating income.

SoccerExpo Services specializes in soccer clubs. No surprise there. The same basic business drivers rule over other sports clubs too.  We can help all clubs up their game.
