Tracking information is sent by e-mail automatically the moment an order ships to the e-mail address associated with your eBay account. If you don't receive tracking & carrier information within 48 hours - CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK-MAIL filter or folder.  PLEASE don't ask for tracking information BEFORE verifying it's not already been sent to you but blocked by your email service or junk-mail software.  Retrieving individual tracking numbers is a time-intensive manual process that inhibits our ability to respond more-quickly to product detail and other inquiries.    Also, you can add fixfind.com as an accepted sender domain - and just to be clear, we DO NOT use customer e-mail or other personal information for any reason other than communicating with you about your purchase.

COMBINED SHIPPING: 
Shipping discounts are automatically calculated when you purchase more than one of the same item from the same listing but restrictions apply.  To see the estimated shipping charge, click the 'See more services' link next to shipping charge.  In the pop-up box, enter quantity and click 'Get Rates'.  For purchases of multiple items that are not the same, add each item to your cart and click 'ask seller for total amount' at checkout prior to making payment. Whenever possible, we'll combine the items into a single order and re-calculate shipping charges. For Buy it Now items we will provide you with the best shipping and handling charge that we are able to. For Auction items a 5% discount will be applied to combined orders. Unfortunately once payment has been made we are unable to combine your order via eBay with any additional discounts.

We're happy to accomodate our many international customers with the same fast service we provide for our domestic customers through US Postal Service International Mail - both First Class and Priority Mail.  Please note delivery time for international orders is subject to several factors beyond our control including efficiency/reliability of delivery country's postal system and possible delays clearing incoming customs.  Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for delivery times beyond the above estimates.
