                            Semi automatic Glass Cutting Table Machine

Machine Features:

• Double-bridge interchangeable cutting method for straight-cut rectangular glass, and cut large pieces into small pieces.
• Press the automatic device on the control panel, the motor drives the double beam to run and cut automatically, and two beams will go back origin after cutting.
• Moving beam: It moves bidirectionally in the X and Y axes. The X-axis stepping motor drives the beam to cut at a uniform speed. After the cutting is completed, it returns to the origin of the worktable quickly, and then the Y-axis works in the same way.
• Cutting part: There are several cutting knife boxes on each of the X and Y cutting beams, which can adjust the distance between them to realize different cutting size.
• It adopts PLC centralized control, Chinese and English liquid crystal display, and directly s control data.

Cutting Application:

Building glass, automotive glass, decorative glass, cabinet glass coated glass, home appliance glass, solar glass, kitchen glass, bathroom glass,and other glass cutting operations.
