1.Product Description:

Brown Fused Alumina is a very refractory, hard and chemically resistant material. It is produced by the smelting of Calcined Bauxite, coke and scrap iron in an electric arc furnace in high temperatures.

It has high hardness and great toughness, grinding force is powerful, high temperature resistant, making it applied to the abrasive high-tensil strength high metal and grinding various general steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, general malleable green steel, also as senior refractory materials, widely used in steel, chemical and other industries.

4.Applications:

-Brown fused alumina is suitable for making ceramic and resin bonded abrasive tools, used for grinding metals of high-tensile strength, such as carbon steel, general purpose alloy steel, malleable cast-iron and hard bronze etc.

-It's widely used as surface preparation abrasive, cleaning, grinding, polishing of various metals, glass, rubber, mould industries.

-It also can be used as refractory material.
