1.THE MACHINE

DTMJ****0 is PLC controlled with polishing head movement set by terminal . All operations are executed either manually by the operator or automatically by the program carrying out parallel. The switchboard, with operation s, programmer and liquid crystal display on it, is mounted on the right hand side of the machine. The switchboard make operator easily to control the machine from the polishing area when the stone is being positioned

2. DESCRIPTION

The structural parts of this machine (bridge, guide and head) are formed from cast iron giving unrivalled long life, precision, corrosion resistance and acoustic benefits. The surface preparation of the machine is starting with all the castings being sandblasted, washed and then the three layers of paint are applied

A. BRIDGE: Movable beam on the bridge guides, complete with blade holder slide, made of highly resistant cast iron for maximum stability and duration, and a greater absorbency of vibrations and noise

The bridge forward and backward movement (Y axis) on oil filled guides is made by a pair of synchronized rack and pinions

B. POLISHING HEAD MOTOR:  The motor, which drives the blade by blade flange that is fixed on the output spindle, has good waterproof characteristic.

C. ELECTRIC BOX AND SWITCH BORAD: The electric box containing electric and electronic equipments. Control box with display, programming keyboard and all the commands controlling the movements

D、Hydraulic oil tank: is the hydraulic controlled group for the whole machine, including body, oil pump, motor and all the hydraulic controlled.

3. GUARANTEE

- The guarantee for the new machine is limited to the duration of 6 months from the date of delivery and no later than ***0 working hours

- The guarantee does not grant the purchaser the right to any damage claim or refunding

- SHENGDA binds itself to repair or replace the manufacturing defects, excluding any breakage, defect, fault deriving from maintenance or work default, negligence, wear, bad environmental conditions and disregards of the information contained in this manual

- Should the machine is modified by the purchaser on its own initiative, the guarantee will be rendered immediately void

- The shipping expenses for any replacement or revision of the spare parts are chargeable to the purchaser

- Any customs expenses as well as service of the technical staff including travel, board and lodging expenses are also chargeable to the purchaser

- Tools and goods supplied with the machine are not included in the warranty

- Also after your order, SHENGDA could modify the saw, if the customer thinks that the modification can be useful for the machine

- All other conditions, different from the above, agreed during the sign of the contract, will be considered first compare the others
