Technology introduction

In a narrow sense, the breaking cementing filling technology is waste rock cementing filling technology. As the aggregate is waste rock, construction waste and other large aggregate, it has to be broken into suitable graded aggregate before pulping, and then mixed with cementing material to become filling slurry, thus to be conveyed to underground for filling. The equipment mainly carry out secondary breaking for waste rock and other aggregate, to ensure suitable graded aggregate and improve the workability of material slurry. Meanwhile, in order to reduce pipe resistance, it carries out screen classification for the super fine aggregate, so as to ensure that **0”.
