BQS(BQW) Flameproof submersible centrifugal sludge pump
Summary
Comprehensive optimized and innovative designed in the aspects of hydraulic model, sealing technology, mechanical structure and protection control. Compared with domestic products, this product has the advantages of safe&reliable, portable&practical, good sewage flushing performance, long serving life and so on. The whole series products are featured for reasonable spectrum and convenient lectotype.
 
Model screening: optimized performance, double channel impeller, stable operation without clogging, strong sewage flushing ability. Pump has the property of no overload(full head), which means the power will never surpass the matched motor power in any working condition. It applies to any coal mine occasions, also can be multiple used.
 
Mechanical seal reforming: adopts independent serial mechanical seal and double-end mechanical seal.
 
Structural optimization: structure design is good for mechanical sealing, smooth operation, higher reliability; optimal design, more portable and practical, low energy consumption. Long-time running in anhydrous state.
 
IPX8 motor protection class, good submersible motor cooling effect, lower temperature rise than ordinary motor, further improved durability, F class insulation to improve motor serving life.
 
Application:
Suitable for coal mine places contains methane(commonly known as gas) and coal dust with explosion danger, transportation for the mixed sewage contains the insoluble solids centents like silt, slurry, gangue, cinder, and fiber. Which can also be used for construcntion of building and bridge, sewage discharge for hospital, resident area, public engineering, and road traffic, transportation for sewage contains solid particles, waste water with long fiber, and rainwater in small sewage treatment.
 
Working condition:
 
1. Power: **0V or **0V, ***0V three-phase, *0HZ.
2. Medium temperature: usually≦**0C, PH:**9, medium density≤*1N/m3
3, Make the center of impeller as base, underwater depth no more than 3m.
4. Unsuitable for strong corrosivity fluid.
5,Diameter of solid in the medium should meet the standard of MT/T*******5.
6,MT**8.*****9 coal mine used fire-residant cable.
 
Characteristic
1,Pump impeller
On the basis of testing, carefully choose and match the pump body and impeller to realize non-clogging, high efficiency, flat power curve, and non-overloading. The impeller is balance and precise, with small vibration and running stable.
2,Motor
Specially designed submersible motor, IPx8 protection, F grade insulation allows high temperatrue rise. In normal temperature rise condition, the motor insulation life prolonged. While, the diving makes coolling effect good, the actual temperature rise low, thus the motor insulation life is much longer.
3, Motor cooling
The motor dispatches heat through shell, if only the medium submerged half of the sub-shell, the motor can run stablly and safely. The more the sub-shell is submerged, the better for motor cooling. The mechanical seal is series type. There is a new type of double-end mechanical seal and pump adopts sandwich strong cooling structure, which is our companys patent. At the first mechanical seal, make the medium decompression to cool the motor, thus the motor can be idle running and always keep the motor temperature rise below *0℃,greatly improves the machines serivice life. Suitable for the shallow water occasion, the pump can be idle running for a long time without water. Can be used in an unattended environment, save the labor cost. 
 
4,Shaft seal
The shaft seal of motor adopts two independent series mechanical seal to form 2 reliable sealing line. The first sealing line is in the pump medium, the sealing surface will be more tight with the increasing of medium pressure, which effectively prevent water entering the oil chamber. The send sealing line lies in the oil chamber to prevent oil entering the motor. If the first line failed(its working condition is worse than the second), the second line still can prevent water and oil entering the motor.  Bellow type mechanical seal matched with innovative structure cavity, which greatly improve the reliability of the shaft seal. Under the normal working condition, it will work without failure for more than ***0h.
5.The oil chamber
The oil chamber is a barrier to prevent the medium entering the motor. If the first mechanical seal leaked, the oil chamber will buffer and prevent medium entering the motor. Lubricating and coolling the 2 independent mechanical sealsfriction surface at the same time to make the mechanical seal work more stable. Besides, it can also takes away some heat of the lower bearing and motor.
6, Bearing
The lower part of the double row angular touches the bearing to generate strong carrying capacity, forms the reliable support for the motor pump shaft with the upper deep groove bearing, produces radial force, axial force and other forces to pump during working. Have larger load margin to ensure the unit work stable and serve a long time.
7,Cable and its seal
(1.)Adopts MT**8.*****9 coal mine used fire-residant cable, cable core section designed according to the condition of *0℃environmental temperature and the motor works stable and long-term with full load power. During working, if the motor is not full load power and the environmental temperature is below *0℃, its serve life will be longer.
 
(2)There is seal between the cable rubber sleeve and motor cover to press tight, which prevent the medium infiltrating the motor through the interface of cable and motor cover.
 
8 The motor casting,  upper cover, lower cover and other parts make up the motor shell. All the connection of the parts have reliable static seal. Each has been checked strictly by water pressure test to ensure there is no leakage and perfectly safe.
 
9, Special handle
Set special handle for easy moving. Absolutely forbidden pulling cable(or use as string) when moving, thus the seal between cable and motor cover will be loose and results in water enter the motor. Even after pressed and fixed the cable onto the handle, pulling the cable to move the sewage and sand submersible pump is also forbidden.
 
â–   Pump selection
According to the required flow Q(m3/h) and head (m) to search the model which the matched or similar data correspond in the basic paramete table. Flow should be within *2% to 5% of the needed, pump head should better be higher than needed by 2% to 3%.
 How to choose the pump? Brief discription stated as below to make some help.
 
The flow marked on the nameplate and in the parameter table are calledrated flow, the head corresponds to the rated flow israted head(general the pump has the highest efficiency at this condition). Suppose the rotating speed of motor is the same, usually, for the same pump, its corresponding head will reduce with the increase of flow, while, the motors /output power will increase with the increase of flow. If the flow increased to 1.2 times of the rated flow, the motor may run overload, thus the motor will burn easily.
 
Flow shows the amount of liquid or output by motor in unit time. Pump head is the energy added value for unit weight liquid goes from pump inlet to pump outlet. (Simply, under the condition of no energy consumption, the unit weight liquid goes through the pump, from the liquid surface the pump stays in to the highest vertical height can be sent, namely is pumping liquid column height, we used to call it meter for short.
 
When choosing the pump head, we must know: 1. Net head**-the vertical height(m) between the the liquid surface pump stays in to the surface the liquid should be pumped to. 2. Needed head=Hnet+Hloss  3. Hloss**-The energy loss of the liquid when goes through the pipe, valve, elbow and such component.
