Welcome to the most successful black bear hunting territory in North America. The La Vrendrye wildlife Reserve a territory spreading across hundreds of miles of prime habitat in the Northern part of the province of Quebec, a territory that has been always protected by the government as a Wildlife Reserve and just open for our hunters.

OK, if you wonder why it is only us that can hunt inside the Reserve? Well, over *0 some years ago, the government started having too much problems with the number of bears that was increasing way to high. The reason why it was hapening ,was because the lumber companies were cutting so much wood creating huge fields were wild berry and all new tender green would grow non stop. So naturally that brought bear from long distance away and since there were no bear hunting at all the population of bears exploded ,then as a consequence of that, the bears started to bother the fisherman’s and did a lot of predation on moose calf.

Bear being on the top of the food chain and no one to control there numbers, thats when the government made the decision to bring some one in to try to control the number of bears, they wanted an organization that were specialized in bear hunting and had a good reputation. So from all the organizations that do bear hunting they ask us, we were already well known in the area and bear hunting was always been our speciality. Therefore, naturally we acepted when a territory like that open, it is a guide dream that came true.
