The Linkx Sapphire bottle collating shrink wrapper has been specifically designed to collate and shrink wrap unsupported collations or bottles, to create a cost effective transit package, ready for either manual or fully automatic palletisation.

Developed from the Linkx RS Shrink Wrapper with book specific bottle mechanism, the Linkx Sapphire uses servo drives for all major functions, allowing all motions to be controlled automatically, eliminating the need for manual settings and adjustments, ensuring that reliable accurate operation is maintained under all conditions.

Versatile and repeatable size product changeovers at the push of a are among the key benefits of the system, to meeting the growing need for ‘just in time’ manufacturing processes.
