PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
- Hot melt butyl sealant has good adhesion to glass aluminum frame.
- It has high air tightness and high shear strength.
- Excellent UV resistant and water tightness.
- Wide temperature using range, good extrusion process-ability.

APPLICATION
AT***2 Butyl sealant is mainly used for the first sealing of insulating glass. It is used together with silicone sealant product of our company to complete the double sealing.

STORAGE CONDITION
Products should be stored in cool and dry place between **0ºC to *0ºC. The storage life is *4 months.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
- Keep the adhesive surface dry, clean and no oil materials.
- Specialized extrusion equipment for insulating glass is required. Application temperature range for summer is **0 ± 5ºC, for winter is **0 ± 5ºC.
- The working environment temperature should be above 5ºC.
