2.Regulation
1). The maximum permissible error : ±0.**5%(first class), ±0.**5(second class), ±0.***0.1(third class).
2). Graduation volume of prover tank cannot be greater than the nominal capacity of 0.**5%.
3). Body material of prover tank applies 1Cr*8Ni9Ti stainless steel.
4). The outer of prover tank should be smooth touched by hand, and the inwall should be polished to ensure that the amount of liquid residual is minimum in tanks.
5).Metallic material adjustable boltshould be installedon the legs of prover tank , and directly linked with the ground for adjusting ground level and antistatic purposes.
6). The prover tank for detecting oil should be installed inlet tube to prevent foaming.
7). The angle of cone and the lower cone should be less than **0°.
8). To ensure that the prover tank is level, two mutually perpendicular horizontal directions of the main body is mounted adjustable 0.*5mm/m tubular spirit level.
9). In order to adjust the level easily, a spinner valve is installed at the bottom of neck of prover tank.
*0). The length of calipers are determined according with the requirements, nominal capacity level scale should be located in the middle of neck measurement.
*1). In the neck reading measurement site shall be equipped with a level tube, which is made by colorless transparent rigid glass. The diameter inside the tube is between DN 5.6~*6 mm and should be uniform and no defect.
*2). Caliper and cursor require Chrome Process, and the zero of caliper installation position should be located at the bottom of the neck measurement scale. The reading of caliper should be clear enough, and graduation width should not greater than 0.*5 mm.
*3). Cursor to be installed in parallel with the plexiglass loop, with the graduation width less than 0.*5 mm, and the level tube is located in the plexiglass loop.
*4). The manufacturing of prover tank should apply the method of artificial aging method to eliminate stress, which is good for preventing the deformation due to the change of stress in the process of product.
*5). The filling or draining medium process cannot have leakage. The connection between valve and body tank should have secure measures and be locked to prevent the prover tank volume changes due to the loosening of valve.
*6). Gas exhausting capacity should no more than 0.2 graduation volume. Prover tank in the trickle state waits 2 min and cannot have a continuous flow or intermittent surge.
*7). Ensure that the mechanical properties of prover tank and the maximum working pressure should be greater than *0KPa.
*8). If the prover can complies with additional requirements, the truck and prover tank can be designed as an integral structure.
