*   We new in biscuits industrial machinery with vast experience in this business of more than *5 years in the middle east and Africa , and I would like to present you my invention , the BWSM***0 (biscuits waste separating machine ) , a new and unique machine in the world that can separate biscuits waste automatically .
I noticed that the task of separating defected products (biscuits crumbs from their wrapper ) required intensive labors , was time consuming and therefore costly , in an effort to solve this problem and deal with it efficiently , I came up with the idea of the BWSM . the machine requires one labor to perform the tasks that usually require up to *0 workers to manually separate the crumbs from their wrapper .
* machine specification  :
1 the machine treating biscuits waste automatically up to **0 kgs/hour
2 the machine separate the biscuits crumbs from their wrapper and push both out of the machine to two separating exits .
3 the machine can treating only the plane biscuits like (soft , hard , cracker , …….) with no additions like jam , cream , jam , …..

* the operator places the biscuits waste from the packaging machines into the machine hopper , next the operator opens the outlet product window and puts down two plastic containers (one for the biscuits crumbs and the other for wrappers ) , after that he can start the machine by pushing the start   . the biscuits waste automatically moves from the hopper onto the folding conveyor  and from their to the cutting unit which then moves them onto the cylindrical sieve  . during the final step the biscuits waste transferred from the cylindrical sieve to the outlet unit which separates the biscuits crumbs from their wrappers and pushes both of the machine to twp separating outlets   .
* The machine types  :
There is two types of BWSM ,
    1 BWSM***0 , can separate biscuits waste up to **0 kgs/hour  .
    2 BWSM***0 , can separate biscuits waste up to **0 kgs/hour
    And for efficient treatment process we can integrate this BWSM into a full automatic treatment line for biscuits waste , with no hands touching the biscuits powder  .
