Brief Introduction

1.Main transmission is gear transmission with high precision and the ring die adopt the technology of quick-

  release and hoop type.So the efficiency is higher *0% than the belt transmission.

2.The transmission parts of the machine include bearing and oil seal,they are imported and high quality so 

   as to ensure the transmission efficiency, stable, low noise.

3.Using the compensation type snake-like spring coupling with high quality.It have the advantages of novel

4.The machine have special feeding mechanism,it can make the feeding evenly.It is special designed for 

  pressing various lightweight materials of 0.**0.6g/cm3.

5.The machine is equipped with overload protection device to protect the equipment host.

6.The rotating speed of the feed auger is adjustable to meet various output.

7.The ring die is manufactured by advanced and high technology alloy steel,  so the life time is very long and the wood pellet produced by this ring die have high quality and smooth apperance.

8.The machine have mould lifting device,it is convenient to replace the new mould for our customer.
