Wood Briquette

Briquettes are made by grinding Biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briquette under very high pressure. High pressure & pressing releases one of the natural components of wood - lignin which has the property of becoming liquid at high pressure (temperature) and, as it subsequently cools, it binds the wood together in its new form Briquettes.

Advantages of machine-made charcoal:

The process for producing charcoal stick shaping as follow:

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about **5mm)

2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than *2%

3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine

4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5. Carbonized the briquette stick
