Structure features
*5/*0 extruders adopt casting aluminum heaters, FUJI or RKC smart temperature control meters, the temperature error is 1 degree.
The material runner adopts helical runner invented by ourselves, which could distribute the material uniformly.
It adopts hollow flotage stainless steel mandrel. Three cutter slots are designed to satisfy different kinds of material.
 It adopts constant torque motor reducer to drive the winding shaft to realize constant torque winding.
 Equipped with automatic fixed length cutter device.
