The belt filter press is a continuous-feed dewatering device that applies chemical conditioning, gravity draining, and mechanical pressure to dewater sludge. The sludge/slurry is sandwiched between tensioned belts and rolls, by passing those belts through a serpentine of decreasing diameter rolls to remove the moistures and then dispose of the sludge cake.

This new Squeezing type belt press is specially designed for those fiber material dewatering, such as coco peat, cassava spent, beer spent, corn spent grain,etc
