    This armature assembly line contains the main operation panel (loading and unloading entrance), auto armature bearing press machine, auto armature end-plate insert machine, auto armature insulation paper insert machine, auto commutator insert machine, auto slot cutting machine, auto wind machine, auto weld machine, auto wedge insert machine, auto rotor test machine, auto resin trickle machine, auto turning machine, auto commutator surface testing machine, balancing machine, linked with a belt conveyor line. Only two operators are needed at assembly line. One is responsible for loading and unloading workpiece, the other is in charge of material addition, such as commutator end-plate. When the armature is placed on the assembly line through the operation table, the whole line will automatically complete corresponding processing work according to the set techniques and then armature is transported to the unloading entrance to be taken out. Each of machines has independent functions, such as setting, display, operation, acousto-optic alarm etc...

4. Through the main panel,  the whole production system can be monitored and checked, by ting the work instructions,read and write he working process state, change the processing sequence, it is interface-friendly to operate.
5.Comparedwith pneumatic conveyor line, this line has higher conveying productivity and less noise, not mark the parts; since the flatchain structure are combined with and ID intelligent  indentification, the wire lay-out can be more flexible and diverse.
