1.Bearing Angular Steel Grit Capability Introduction:



Raw material is non casting bearing steel, it is crushed after quenching, then it is tempered. Product features with wear resistance and high impact toughness.  According to different application, steel grit is devided into below 3 types:

GH: Hardness>*0HRC

This type is specially developed for granite cutting with stable performance, uniform grain size and high wear resistant. It has been approved by our customers that angular steel grit are sharper, faster cutting speed than arc steel grit and sawing surface finished is flatter and smoother.

GL: Hardness ****0HRC

It is angular shape in the originals and is gradually ground round, especially applicable to removing the oxygenated surface, cleaning of metal parts and shot peening .

GP: Hardness ****0HRC

The hardness is lower than type B, in the process of the abrasives blasting. Its edges are removed slowly, especially applicable to removing the oxygenated surface, cleaning of metal parts and pre-treatment.



Bearing Angular Steel Grit 



This new steel grit is made from bearing off-cut steel which maintains FORGING STATE, but not CASTING STATE.



- With the professional process of quenching, crushing, sieving and special heat treatments, such a grit shows angular shape with features of abrasive resistance and impact ductility. 



- During the usage, it is proved that the angular shape of the grit will gradually becomes arc, which is suitable for oxygenated surface descaling, surface cleaning and surface peening, so as to greatly improve the blasting efficiency and coating quality, and to reduce kinetic energy of paint, abrasive consumption and so on, as well as to prolong the life of wearing parts.

The sizes from G*0,G*2,G*4,G*6,G*8,G*5,G*0,G*0,G*0 of  the bearing angular steel grit are produced at the standard of SAE and ISO***1:***8.

1. *5Kg polyethylene bags, *0 bags on 1 ton wooden pallet and secured with cardboard box and shrink cap.
