BCJI automatic catalyst feeding system is particularly used to feed the catalytic-cracking tower of the refineries and steel plants. The feeder adopts PLC to control system and precise pneumatic weighing technology is used in the system. Positive pressure explosion proof technology is used in design of instrument; the automatic and precise feeding makes it work perfectly. Application of the feeder in catalyzing and cracking unit can increase operation stability of the catalyzing and cracking unit, reduce labor intensity of workers and reduce consumption of catalyst.
