We Have Our Own Production And Processing Unit Which Located In Kurnool District, Andhra Prudish ,India.Our Manufacturing Unit Certified By Indian Organic (NPOP) USDA (NOP) And ISO ***1: ***8.We utilise the best grade Production that has been grown in temperature controlled environment to inculcate in them, the desirable traits and monitor their growth to harvest them at the optimum stage. In our well supplied production facility, the wheatgrass is duly processed via advanced technology laden equipments like convection drying apparatus, which rids them of unnecessary moisture and other volatile constituents, to give the best texture and consistency to the mixture. Later, they are incorporated into various forms such as capsules and powders by either grating them finely, in chopping mills or treated with chemicals to make the medium ideal for capsules.
No animal testing, only analytical laboratory testing is performed. Finished product as well as each raw material is tested. This guarantees each batch meets the highest standards and ethos of our company. VV Manufacturing prides itself on its stringent manufacturing procedures and attention to detail.
Internal testing is carried out on all machinery prior to filling, and each machine is cleaned before and after filling has been completed.
