 AYJ-JJ**0 Vacuum gel filling machine suitable for different heights (*0mm *5mm **0mm), and sizes (*2mm *3mm *6mm) tube to vacuum and filling gel. For different height and sizes tube to vacuum and filling gel, only need matched tube frame. The machine also can vacuum and filling for various viscosity similar gels.      

 
This system consists of color touch human-machine interface operation, PLC program control and pneumatic structure. The machine uses sophisticated vacuum induction, pneumatic and electrical control technology filling gel on **0 PCS tubes at the same time. The volumes of filling gel accord the needs to setting as 0.6g, 0.8g, 1g, 1.5g etc. Filling gel volume precision is± 5%. Applicable to filling the serum separation gel which viscosity are *****0–*****0,and filling gel evenly and easy control, with no gel sticky on the tube wall.  One-time the hopper can install *0 kg gel, suitable for mass production of serum separation gel blood collecting tube.

 1. Extruding gel is uniform, without obvious bubbles.
 
 2. The filling process jitter automatic, can effectively solve the problem of drawing.
 
 3. One-time filling materials up to *0 kg, pack containers use transparent design, can observe   the materials at all times.
 
 4. The machine production efficiency is high; average every 2 minutes produce about **0 PCS.
