 CI-DIP-PAY procedure

1. LOI/ICPO  + CP  Sent to XXX  Attn: XXX with bank officer details with copy paste this procedure below.
2. Seller issues CI (The Refinery)
3. Buyer sends Soft POF with MT**9 to refinery
4. Seller (Refinery) issues TSR, DTA and Full POP.
5. Dip Test by buyer
6. Buyer pays via MT**3, then lifts, and Title transfer.

 If a buyer is interested and confirms procedure (to you) - I will check if offer is still available. So we do not waste buyer's time or his LOI.

 We don't have a SCO offer lying around and we won't go through our suppliers to have them send us offers, if we don't know what buyers are looking for.
