KR BM ***0 Automatic Spraying Machine has been designed and developed to achieve high quality finishing on any kind of panel material together with an ease of operation. KA-MA carried painting quality and productivity to top level by the help of R&D studies for years and patented systems comparing to its competitors. Materials such as wood, glass, plastic, metal, fibercement etc. can be painted very fast with lower costs by KR BM ***0.
 
FURNITURE PAINTING
Thanks to its ergonomic design, KR BM ***0 is convenient for high quality, fast and low cost painting of woods such as doors, kitchen & bathroom cabinets, wood profiles, panel furnitures by varnish and lacquer paints.
KR BM ***0 is an industrial machine which is developed for medium and large scale factories.

Dust Removal Unit with Antistatic Bar:
By the help of airjet nozzles and a high quality brush, dust is removed over the panel to be painted and the static electricity that consists after sanding is neutralised. Smart Airjet System economizes energy consumption by blowing only while the product is passing and by stopping in the absence of product. Its height can be adjusted automatically for different thicknesses.
 
Laser Scaner
Laser scaner ensures a milimetric precision on determining the section which will be painted. This system system is designed and patented by our company


Polyolefin Conveyor Belt
Products are painted on a special polyolefin belt which does not keep paint on itself. A clean painting operation is obtained.
 
Belt Cleaning System
KR BM ***0 belt cleaning system provides clean and safe double side painting. Products never contact to dirty belt. Its more economical comparing to its competitors which only pollutes *2 liters of thinner in 8 hours of working.


Paint Recovery System
KR BM ***0 has a specially designed recovery system which does not mix any solvents while removing the paint from the belt. This allows customers to reuse the paint. Around %*5 material saving is provided. Cleaning and maintenance are pratical thanks to removable blades and mechanism.


Gun & Pump System
Machine has 1 high pressure pump and 4 high pressure guns as standard. 3 pumps and *2 guns can be installed optionally. Thus, 3 different paint material can be used independently and color can be switched without loosing time.


Ventilation System
Filtered air with Eu5 standards is ventilated inside the cabin linearly. Dusty air inside the cabin is exhausted by passing through the accordeon or fiber filters. Thus both inside the cabin and ventilation ducts remain clean.


Automatic Lubrication System
System lubricates the reciprocating arm lineer bearings and guides automatically with in determined period. These time periods can be adjusted. This system obtains a very long and trouble-free operation time.


OPTIONAL FEATURES
Water Filtration System
Culverts exhausting the dusty air in the cabin can be produced with water curtain. Thus cabin inside and ventilation ducts are kept more clean. Emission is reduced.
