Automatic Vertical Coil Winding Machine for Table Fan Motor Stator Winding SMT-LR150-I
 

Equipped with single winding head, double stations with turntable, winding stator coils into transfer cups directly and orderly, which is under six servo motors' control. Coils made by automatic machine is easier for being inserted to slots, even the stators with high slot fill factor and small slot opening width. Meanwhile it can save labor effecitvely.

(2) Brief Instruction of Machine
 
Machine "Automatic Vertical Coil Winding Machine for Table Fan Motor Stator Winding" is used for winding electric wires to several coils automatically and putting coils into transfer cup orderly.
It adopts six servo motors to control the motion, like hooking & cutting wire, turntable rotating and transfer cup indexing, etc. It can achieve higher qualification rate.
Operators need to stand when operating.

2. Winding one phase coils at one time, which is suitable for several parallel wires;
3. Winding coils into transfer cup automatically and orderly;
4. The main spindle, high-speed mold dipping, hooking and cutting wire, turntable rotation and transfer cup index are all under servo motors control;
5. Especially suitable for stators with high slot fill factor and small slot opening;
6. Winding mode such as automatic skip, automatic cutting and automatic indexing can be set in human-machine interface, winding tension is adjustable;
7. Obtain continuous or discontinuous winding way and meets the 2 poles, 4 poles and 6 poles coils winding;
8. Saving labor and has high efficiency.
