This machine is suitable for different specifications tube, such as *3**5/**0mm, 8***0mm, *6***0mm and so on. For different height and size tube for vacuum and filling machine, only need supporting tube frame. The machine also can vacuum and filling for various viscosity similar gel.
This equipment consist of color touch human-machine interface operation nad PLC program control and pneumatic structure. The machine uses sophisticated vacuum induction, pneumatic and electrical control technology filling gel on **0 pcs tubes at the same time. The volume of filling gel can adjust according to the needs. Filling gel volume precision is plus or minus 5%. Applicable to filling the serum separation gel which viscosity are ************0, and filling gel evenly and easy control, with no gel sticky on the tube wall. One-time the hopper can install *0 kg gel, suitable for mass production of serum gel collecting blood tube.
