***Take 5" roller cover for example, if the tube length settled at ***0mm, the actual using length maybe at ***5mm after thermobonding(expand with heat and contract with cold). So ***5mm/**7mm(5")=*2pcs roller cover + **1mm wastages.



However, on this upgrade machine, you could change to the most  suitable and economical tube length between 1.*5m to 1.*5m for different roller cover length. If change the tube length to ***3mm, the actual using length comes to ***8mm after expansion and contraction, therefore, ***8mm/**7mm(5")=*4pcs roller cover and no wastage. 

This change will save a lot of costs on production line.
