Invent a totally new fully auto-impregnation machine with high efficiency performance last 2 yrs ago; After used in the market and the continuous improvement by our Co., satisfaction of customers are very high; with the making of this impregnation technologies, we able to bring the manufacturing of electrolytic capacitors to new higher level of manufacturing; The advantages of this new Impregnation machine as below:

1, High in Impregnation efficiency. Compare to other Auto-Impregnation machine, this new model able to increase the efficiency 3 to 5 times higher, especially suitable for High Voltage series, snap-in type, big diameter and pencil type, etc.

2, Improve Quality
Fully Impregnation absorption, All in one improvement (use the same pressure spec for impregnation). Not using compress air to perform pressure, to minimize the contaminations of electrolyte. After Impregnation, the elements of electrolyte contents are more stable and balance.

3, Higher Safety Alert
Eliminated compress air suddenly releases out or explosion of potentially risk.
Eliminated element heater's oil or water is dipped into Impregnation Tank and cause serious damages. (Element Heater and Inner Impregnation Tank are separated).

4, Performance Stability
Used highly precision technologies and structure design; (our co. Self-developed a fully auto-welding equipments for strongest welding or connection of the product, 2 to 4 times better than normal manual welding technologies). Equipments' accessories got longer of service timer testing which made in local or oversea.

5, Various of Useful functions
As per normal auto-impregnation machine which perform auto-vacuum, electrolyte in, electrolyte out with pressure return, this new machine is added in additional feature of auto horizontal-pressure control, temperature alert, process completion alarm, mc stop, high low electrolyte level installation with float-switch control, auto- top up of electrolyte, parameter change functions, etc.
