Automatic door gasket welding machine

It is specially used in the welding of the refrigerator door gasket, which has the features of compact structure, easy operation and accurate temperature controlling.One leg period of this machine is about *4 seconds and the leg stretching resistance is higher than the technical standard in the same industry at home and abroad.


Feature:

(1) This machine adopts advanced PLC control system that conquers error of old machine caused by multi electric apparatus.

(2) It breaches many processes of old welder such as manual work for pruning rest material and welding lump and so forth.

(3) This machine can weld 2 gasket corners every time, after welding, it cleans rest material automatically to keep even, firm and beautiful appearance of welding corner.

(4) The welding process is: heating ~ vacuum adsorption ~ welding ~ inner cooling ~ outer cooling ~ automatic outlet.

(5) Photoelectrical protection system is used to protect hands being clamped in operation.

(6) Welding period is *1~*4 second/ two corners, the output can reach **0~**0 sets per day.
