Description: Automatic hook and eye tape sewing machine, big LCD screen 

Technique data : 

1.Maximum speed: ********0 for sewing eyes,  ********0 for sewing hooks. We usually suggest customers to use ***0 speed.If so, one set machine can sew ***0 dozen per day if run *0 hours.

2.Our machine can stitch any specification. Once the specification is keyed in, it is simple to switch between different size. No need to amend the computer program, just press +/-. One-second switch between different size. 

3.We developed solely technique, *-dot stitch.  Can add this function on machine as customer's request. *-dot stitched hook and eye tape is with double pull strengh, specially for shapewear, big size bra and binder.

4. There are 3 major automatic function: automatic thread broken detection, automatic fabric lack detection, automatic eyes shortage detection. So easy operation save customer labout cost, increase efficiency.

5.Auto correct alignment/spacing. Once fix 1st eye sewing machine, the other two will automatic alignment, because there is automatic tracing installed.

6.Stable running for production, due to Taiwanese PLC controller.

7.Large LCD displayer. 3.7Inch screen, single color, easy to see and easy to operate.
