Automated forming and punched complexes are working out of the «Arkada-Engineering» design office. They are made under steadfast control of the leading experts-designers specializing on working out of the similar equipment. Depending on characteristics of processed metal and the requirements to the production, «Arkada-Engineering» Ltd. projects and realizes following types of complexes:

Forming complexes

Forming complexes are intended for manufacturing of details by a method of punching from sheet metal (strip), prepared in advance on a transverse cutting line. The configuration of details can be diversified from simple, type of washers, to difficult ones. These details can be flat with the edges unbent under corners; with punching, stamping and etc. Important difference between a forming complex and a punched one is that it makes a ready-made product. Depending on the kind of the production defined by the customer (we can make the production according to the sketch of the customer), the complex structure can be changed. Configurations of complexes and structure of units and mechanisms are defined by technical project working out.

Punched complexes

Punched complexes are intended for making of a great number of holes in a tape material (candy), prepared in advance on a transverse cutting line. The tape with punching is used for the further rolling in forming lines and reception of bent profiles: a punched corner, a beacon for plaster, profiles for «wet» furnishing of facades, racks of the commercial description, racks of warehouse systems and etc. Automated complexes for punching of fixing products and strip punching can be completed, depending on requirements to a made product, units of leading firms-manufacturers («Herrblitz», «JOINT»). Configurations of complexes and structure of units and mechanisms are defined by technical project working out.
