Structure and properties:Steam sterilization chemical indicator tape is that the special heat-sensitive chemical dye and the color reagent and accessories be made of ink, to be printed on a special tape with oblique stripes or shape ,in a certain temperature and pressure of saturated steam fuction, after a sterilization cycle of treatment, the indicator becomes dark gray or black,the color after sterilization will not fade.

Usable range:Adapted to various models of steam sterilizer, for a fixed item package or label goods package (or container) it has been sterilization process.

Usage:Scissor the appropriate length of chemical indciator tape,stick on the package to be sterilized, and place into **0 °C and pressure exhaust steam sterilizer for *0 minutes, or into the pre-vacuum pressure off **4 °C bacteria device for 3.5 minutes.The indicator on the tape have been changed from the light yellow to dark gray or black, shown that meet the requirements of the sterilization process.

Notice:Don't directly attached in metal, glass and other hard surface which are easy to form condensation, to prevent to be wet by condensation of water,and the heat-sensitive chemical dye to be lose accuracy in the sterilization process.

Storage condition:keep stored in the dark at room temperature *5 °C~*0 °C and *0% relative humidity, avoid to contact with corrosive gases.

Validity:in the date of production *4 months.

How to work:

Autoclave/Steam Indicator tape

When the Steam sterilization process completed, the color of the indicator strip will turn fromYellow to Black, indicating that a package of materials has been sterilized.

EO Indicator Tape

When the EO sterilization process completed, the color of the indicator strip will turn from orangeto green, indicating that a package of materials has been sterilized.
