Q1. Do you offer samples? How aout the
fees?
A1. Yes,we offer one free samples, freight on buyer's account. But if you require samples more than 3 pieces, sample fees and freight fees shuold be paied by buyer.

A2. Yes. You just need to send me your drawings,technical parameters,packing requirements or other special requirement. We make a sample for you to inspect. After sample checked qualified,we start to do massive production.
Q3. How long is your products warranty?
A3. The warranty depends on product species.Mostly*2 months,anything wrong in this period can be sent back to inspect and repair freely,expect repair products.
Q4. How long will it take to process?
A4.: Our main products will take *5 to *0 days to process, while others will take *0 to *0 days.

certificate?
