1. Lower Vehicle Assembly
The frame assembly is comprised by frame, running mechanism, and
steering mechanism.
Pouring tyres are standard configuration. Off road solid tyres are
optional.
The running is driven hydraulically with two- or four-wheel driven
(standard) modes. The concealed running reducer integrating with
motor and reducer is selected. It is provided with fast mode and
slow mode to meet running requirements under different
circumstances. For running on the ramp, the running mechanism is
provided with self-braking function and a clutch device to
facilitate towing in case of failure.
The steering axle is floating axle hinged to the frame. The axle
balance system is the standard configuration with cylinders set on
both sides. The double balanced cylinders float as the road
condition may vary to make four wheels contact the ground at the
same time providing sufficient driving force.
The steering mechanism is of two steering cylinders plus a pull
rod.
2. Boom Assembly
The up vehicle boom assembly is comprised with folding boom,
telescopic boom, and a crank boom (only on GTBZ*4J).
The folding boom is of dual parallelogram structure. Two sets of
boom are driven by pull rods and move simultaneously through the
luffing cylinder; two telescopic booms have single cylinder; the
crank boom is of parallelogram structure driven by the crank boom
cylinders.
3. Rotary Table
The rotary table is arranged by single board reinforcement with
high hinge point. The counterweight is placed at rear side. From
the view of counterweight direction, the fuel tank, hydraulic oil
tank, battery container, and control cabinet is placed at the left
side of the rotary table while the motor is placed at the right
side.
4. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is driven by duplex pump connected by a
variable displacement piston pump and a metering pump. The
hydraulic system is powered by direct driving of the motor.
The up vehicle hydraulic system is the open quantitative system
with electro-hydraulic proportional control technique, providing
upper swing, luffing of No. 1 and 2 Arms, telescoping of No. 2 Arm,
and working platform swing. The upper main valve is the
electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
The lower running is the close variable system deploying two
driving types: 4*2 and 4*4 (standard configuration). The running
has high speed and low speed mode. The lower hydraulic system is
able to achieve the axle balance. The controlling oil channel is
from the running system.
5. Electrical System
The electrical system has PLC control technique with the controller
set on the platform. The rotary table and the platform are set with
control box to control the chassis, rotary table, boom, and
platform.
Main functions achieved by electric system: starting, flameout, and
rotating speed control of the motor; chassis rotation and running
control; turning control of rotary table; turning control of
platform, and loading detection.
Safety measures achieved: motor oil level, oil pressure,
temperature monitoring and alarming device; vehicle inclination
alarming device; foot switch device; high speed running limit
device.
