Product Description
Introdution: Armostat ***0 is a kind of saturated alkyl (C**-C*8)bis(*- hydroxyethyl) amine, originated fromvegetable tallow. As a kind of internal antistatic additive, it can be used in various plastic resin products such asPE，LLDPE，PP，SAN and ABS.
Because Armostat ***0 contains saturated alkyl segment, it has good thermal stability and can endow the material with antistatic properties. Armostat ***0 is especially suitable for those applications requesting higher processing temperatures
Armostat ***0 is a solid at ambient temperature. When heated at *0℃**5℃, Armostat ***0, can be dosed as a liquid directly into the  polymer by using a single or twin-screw extruder. Pigment or color concentrates should be mixed with the antistatic agent prior to extruding. Premixing ensures uniform distribution of Armostat ***0 in the resin while Armostat***0 acts as a dispersion aid to the pigment color concentrate.
After being mixed into the polymer Armostat***0 continuously migrates to the surface of the finished product where it provides excellent antistatic performance. Armostat***0 is especially well suitable for those applications needing high processing temperatures.
Armostat ***0 takes vegetable oils and fats as fundamental raw materials. The corresponding alternative homologous product is Armostat **0。
