ARAMID ( Conex ® , Nomex ® ) - available in woven or felt, this product performs at high temperatures while retaining strength, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability, capable of operating up to **0 F ( **4 C) .the short time operating temperature can reach to **4 F ( **0 C) . Available gram: **0g/ m2 ( *4.2oz) , **0g/ m2 ( *5.9oz) , **0g/ m2 ( *7.*4oz) Available finish treatment: singeing, heat set, and calendaring, oil and water repellent, antistatic ( both scrim antistatic and blend antistatic fiber) , PTFE dipping, PTFE coating, PTFE membrane. BG selects best aramid fiber from NEWSTAR and through advanced international standard equipment to produce Aramid high temperature resistant needlepunched filter felt. Aramid fabric produced by BG is almost as good as METAMAX from DuPont, but it is much cheaper, so it is well used in steel plant, lime kiln, and Asphalt mixing plants at home and abroad. PS. Aramid fabric can’ t be used in humid environment. |
