Our Arabica Gayo coffee varietal, grown in the environmental ecology of the Malabar-Wayang Mountain area (West Java, Indonesia), has a fruity flavor with a distinct sharpness of taste. According to our bioprospection research, this characteristic flavour results from the nature of plant fertilizers that the coffee activist community always utilizes, namely organic biomass found in rural agricultural areas.
