SOP :
*- NCNDA,  ICPO ( with LOA if Proxy of Buyer )
*- After DD, seller will provide SPA for buyer review
*- Sign SPA within *8 hrs and with all parties between Allocaion Holder, Factory, Distributor and End Buyer
*- Seller will provide AH Letter & delivery schedule as proof
*- Buyer must provide IRTLC as Payment Terms
*- Buyer instructs banker to initiate draft IRTLC for the transaction to be receive within 3 days at sight
*- Within 3 working days, Buyer provide an actual **0% IRTLC of one year order (*2 Months)
*- Upon comformation of operative IRTLC being fulfilled, produxtion commence for delivery in batches per the delivery schedule provided by the factory
*- Buyer have to apply for free duty medical gloves containers parking lot from custom due period of the goods upon arriving. For the shipmentlead time estimated 7 - *5 dyas (max) is the inclusive period for delivery
**- When product is FOB ready, SGS is arranged at buyer's cost
**- Upon completion of each SGS and after all shipping documents are sent to the issuing/paying bank, Buyer release IRTLC payment for COGS & Sourcing Fee & Commision and Title Ownership is Transferred to Buyer
**- Buyer can arrange forwarding t destination of choice
**- Seller/AH will issue an authorisation letter allowing buyer to sell abd distribute the Ansell product he bought from the Seller/AH
