  The anode tube module is formed by laying up vinyl resin glue mixed with graphite powder, carbon fiber surface felt, glass fiber bundle, fiber cloth, etc., under the traction of the glass pultrusion equipment, and thermosetting formed by preheating the mold. A conductive glass fiber reinforced plastic profile, used in wet electrostatic dust removal system, is one of the core components of wet dust removal system.

Product advantages of anode tube module

1. Lightweight and high-strength, the relative density is between 1.5~2.0, only 1/4~1/5 of carbon steel, the tensile strength is similar to ordinary carbon steel, and the specific strength is close to alloy;

3. The honeycomb layout is compact, and the space utilization rate is high. The inner surface of each tube is a sedimentation surface, and there is no blind area between the tubes;
