â–ª. Upon receipt, Seller to issue FCO (Full Corporate Offer) with all process and procedure stated
â–ª Buyer to acknowledge by signature and stamp and send back to Seller
â–ª Then Seller to issue Draft Contract to Buyer for review and confirm
• Seller will issue Official Contract for both signature and stamp
â–ª Buyer to send a copy of Draft MT**5 **0% to Seller.
â–ª Seller to confirm in the bank, Bank must be non Chinese top *0 Banks.
â–ª Seller to invite Buyer's representatives (2 nos) to visit the warehouse. Seller will arrange visas. Or 1 minute video showing material with name of the buyer, contract number and current date
