Air Filter Spiral Center Tube Making Machine have automatic roll forming and cutting function, 
with PLC control.Motor is special design for the machine make the machine more safe and efficient 
and easy to production.
1.The machine uses pneumatic roller cutting, no noise, cutting surface smooth, and reliable.machine works full automatic,cut off non-stop.
2.With special design frequency conversion motor makes the machine cutting air filter tube surface smooth.
3.Using adjust mold easy adjustment and more cost-efficient, adjust scale has dual position to 
make the size of the pipe more accurate stable and rapid.
4.Adjust the size of mold, and then adjust the angle of the cutting head.Then the machine is go to go , whole process is simple, only about 3 minutes.
5.Control circuit using *4vDC, makes the electrical production more secure.
6. Uses the PLC+HIM digital control, automatic memorize each diameter parameter, make the production most simplified.
7.The machine can produce a large diameter range(*****0mm),can do with wire mesh and perforated mesh, 
satisfied the different needs of air filter manufacturers
