Specifications of submerged arc welding flux: :
Agglomerated flux LH-SJ**1 is a bonded type acid flux composed mainly of Aluminum and oxides with ball form granule about ****0 Mesh in size. Its basicity is 0.5 to 0.8. It can be used on AC or DC power source, it provides good welding usability, easy slag removal, excellent anti-porosity property and beautiful bead appearance.
APPLICATIONS: in combination with submerged arc welding wire EL8 or EM*2K,or EA1, this flux is suitable for welding of gas cylinder membrane water-cooled wall of boilers, etc.
