Basic Functions ADSL/ADSL2/ADSL2+/READSL Line Parameters Measurements: * Link Mode; * The Downstream and Upstream bit rates; * CPTY: Line capacity; * Max-rate (D/U): The maximum link bit rates (Downstream and Upstream); * SNR Margin (D/U): The noise tolerance (Downstream and Upstream); * Power (D/U): The line power (Downstream and Upstream); * Atten (D/U): The line attenuation (Downstream and Upstream); * Hist-Rate (D/U): The former three times link bit rates (Downstream and Upstream). * PPPoE testing: “Link Down” indicates the tester is not synchronized with DSLAM; “Training” indicates the tester is synchronized with DSLAM, and begin PPPoE dialing (it also indicates the connection type is bridging); “LineUp” indicates the PPPoE dialing is successful.
