Product description
fuel tank consist of inner carbon steel tank which contact with oil and outer FRP shell which contact with soil, and manufactured by professional equipments. Between inner steel tank and outer FRP shell, there is a uniform interlayer space, high-level leakage inspection device is connected with the interlayer space, monitoring the leakage of the tank all the time.

2. Welding process&pressure test evaluation

4. Shell making
5. Nozzles&flange&flanged cover checking
6.Shells welding, then RT&MT inspection
7. Appearance testing, then water pressure and gas pressure experiment
8. Rust and sand blasting, thin film paving, then fiberglass spraying to form a protective layer
