Functions:

It is used in underground coal mines, open coal mines, port terminals, coal separating plants, and power plants with harsh environment. It is used to match other large or medium frequency converters and to absorb harmonic current of the corresponding frequency in power system.

Features:

While frequency converter is working, a great deal of harmonic current is produced. Without a reactor, it will reduce the life expectancy of the converter and some machines may not work when harmonic current is high enough. After the reactor is installed, it will greatly diminish the harmonic current and enhance the power factor of the power system, so that frequency converters and other machines will work properly. An output reactor will help to step up the output of the converter so as to diminish the disturbance and the damage to the components. Also it will restrain the instant spill of the circuit during switching on, and protect the converter and components from impulse current.
