The technology of reverse osmosis(RO) adopts the osmosis principle of semi-permeable membrane to make the water in dense solution soaking into diluted solution by exerting certain pressure which opposites to natural infiltation direction .

RO device is composed by RO components .It has simple structure and brings no pollution and low overall carbon quantity(organism) in the produced water.The equipment adapts to the regions where source water with low salt quantity.Now this pure water equipments manufactured by Leojoin company are designed and produced based on the RO principle.

RO is widely used in various areas such as drinking water plant,industry,uptown water supply project,food-processing industry,medicine industry ,electronplate industry,etc.

Then the water flow into a cartridge filter(also we can call it precision filter) of 1um, it filled with 3pcs melt spinning cartridge of *0 inches made by PP , the water filtered by it can reach the inlet standard of RO. The melt spinning filter cartridge need to be exchanged after about 3 months.

(4) Water filtered by cartridge filter will flow into RO system driven by high pressure pump, the recovery rate of pure water is *0%, the waste water will be drain out. The pore of RO membrane ≤0.***1um. *9.2% of the heavy metal ion, cancerogen, etc in water will be absolutely removed. The machine can work automatically, no need work man to operate all the time, it is controlled by PLC programmable device.
